Welcome to Space (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and other products or services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

Space is a content aggregator for creators and their audiences. We unify content from multiple third-party platforms (like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) into a single, centralized profile called a “Space.”

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local law)
• If under 18, have parental or legal guardian consent
• Not be barred from using our services under applicable laws

3. Account Registration

You may sign in via supported third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Twitch). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity within your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of Our Platform

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation or security of Space
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our data or UI
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use Space to harass, exploit, or harm others
• Bypass our authentication or access controls

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules or if your use threatens the platform’s integrity.

5. Creator Spaces and Content Aggregation

When you connect a platform (e.g., YouTube, Twitch), you authorize us to access certain data via their APIs. We do not host or claim ownership of that content. We display it using authorized data, embeds, or metadata.

You retain ownership of your content on connected platforms, subject to their terms. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and organize this content as part of your public Space.

6. Waitlists and Creator Verification

Space may pre-create public profiles for creators based on publicly available data. Creators can claim, request, or be waitlisted for a Space. We reserve the right to approve or deny Space claims to ensure quality and authenticity.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and platform designs are the property of Space or its licensors. Content from connected platforms remains the property of the original platform or creator.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Platform displays content from third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies. Please review their policies independently.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or content accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Space from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in Sheridan County, WY.
